I am on a mission to get as many people in shape as possible. I used to be a scrawny kid in elementary school, therefore I was bullied and picked on for my size, but eventually I got tired of it and decided to make a change! I started doing 40-50 pushups a day in my basement for weeks and months. Then I started eating 2000-3000 calories a day, and after that first month, I put on quite a bit of size and muscle, This was when the tables started turning!
